Our Team
Attorney Tianshu Chen, the CEO and Founder of the ICW Law Corporation, is admitted to practice law in California and is admitted appearing in court in USA Federal Central District Court of California. In addition, Attorney Chen is Pro Hac Vice admitted in Florida Northern District Court and Alabama Whitfield County Superior Court. Attorney Chen participated in lots of cases throughout the United States in the past years. He has been a lawyer over20 years and a member of the American Bar Association and a member of the Commercial Law and Litigation Committee of the California Bar Association, has participated in a large number of litigation and arbitration cases and has served as along-term legal advisor for many multinational companies, local American companies and community organizations, helped to establish corporate structures and various management systems including corporate employment and labor insurance. In addition to participating in the US Department of Commerce 337 investigation cases and various litigations in the US federal courts and state courts, he conducted non-litigation cases such as due diligence for many multinational companies in the fields of trade, financing, investments.

Carrie Shang, senior counsel of ICW Law Corporation,Doctor of Laws, is a professor at the Business School of California State Polytechnic University (Cal Poly Pomona). Her main research directions are international trade law and international dispute resolution. She is a practicing lawyer in California and New York. Currently, he is the director of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center and an arbitrator and mediator in many institutions. Lawyer Shang has more than ten years of experience in representing Sino-US international trade disputes. He is good at using the skills of court debate, arbitration hearing and settlement negotiation to strive for the best interests of his clients.
